*We love your Swinter wear! Tomorrow is Celebrity Smackdown, actors vs. athletes.
*On Friday, January 20th, the Winter Dance will be after the home basketball game that starts at 7:00pm - tickets are $5 or use your Athletic Pass. The dance begins at 9:00pm. You can buy your wristband for the dance ONLY during lunches on Friday OR before and during the game OR before the dance. Wristbands are $10.00. We hope you go Sadies Hawkins style, where girls ask the guys, or get together with friends and join us for an amazing night! Everyone is welcome, and remember to wear white for the night of white out!
*If you want to bring a guest (not an AHS student) to the Winter Dance, pick up a guest form in the Main office or Attendance office. All forms need to be filled out, signed and returned to the Activities office by 3pm on Friday, January 20th.
*We are kicking off our Unified Basketball season. Come cheer us on this week: Friday at home vs Grandview at 4:15 pm and Saturday at Cherry Creek for the Unified Jamboree starting at 9:30am. Let's go Unified Warriors!

*Hearing and Vision screening will take place from January 23 through January 27. Freshmen will be pulled from English 9 and all NEW 10th, 11th, and 12th graders will receive a pass with their scheduled time. The screening bus will be located on the east side of the building. Please use the east doors in the Art Department hallway to exit the building and return through the Bubble. Remember to bring you glasses or wear your contacts for your screening! *Watch Warrior Wrestling TONIGHT against Eaglecrest in the main gym. JV and C level starts at 6:00pm and Varsity & Girls All Levels starts at 7:00pm. Come cheer on your Band of Brothers & Sisters!
*Come cheer on our Boys Basketball teams tomorrow night! All four teams play at home against Grandview!
*Get ready to cheer on your JV cheerleading team as they take the State mat this Saturday, January 21st at 12:20pm! The competition will be held at Cherokee Trail High School. Good luck JV Cheer!
*Come support the AHS Girls Swim and Dive team - Wednesday, January 25th for Shawarma Dine Out Night from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. Come pick up a Shawarma dinner at 7527 S University Blvd across from AHS. No flyer needed, just tell them at checkout you’re supporting AHS Girls Swim & Dive. 20% of all proceeds go back to our team. Bon appetit.
