General Announcements
*Juniors: in case you missed it… College & Career Night will be hosted here at Arapahoe on Wednesday, March 22nd, from 6:30-8:30pm. Talk to college reps from Cal Poly, Oklahoma, CU and more at the mini-college fair, learn about careers in the military, get insight into college funding and much, much more! Mark your calendar!
*Come support the Arapahoe Band program at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar at Streets of Southglenn on Wednesday, March 22 from 5:00pm - 9:00 pm. 10% of all food sales will be donated to Arapahoe High School Band! All to-go orders must be ordered online at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.
*Warriors, do you have the old Lenovo N23 or N22, (the one with a circle charger). If so, come by the library today to exchange it for a new computer.
*Warriors - think back to your time in elementary or middle school. Did you attend the Warrior Week Community Carnival? The carnival is back and we are looking for clubs, teams, and organizations to host a booth at the Carnival on Friday, April 21st from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The carnival is one of the ways we fundraise on behalf of our Make-A-Wish kid. Remember, wishes are medicine and we fundraise to help kids with life-threatening illnesses in our community realize their wishes. See Ms. Price in room N 1485 or your coach or sponsor to join in the fun!
*ATTENTION ALL ARAPAHOE ARTISTS! Art Attack is Back! The 18th Annual Art Attack is underway and the Art department is now collecting pieces for the show. If you are interested in entering please swing by the art rooms to complete your entry form. We will be collecting art work now through Friday, March 24th so don’t wait. For more information or answers to any questions please see Mrs. Hawthorne, Ms. Davidson, or Ms. King.
Athletics
*Warriors - Bundle up and come out and support our Arapahoe athletics:
Girls Varsity Soccer will play at 5:30pm @ LPS Stadium. JV is at 4:00 on the AHS varsity soccer field. C Level will play at Fairview HS Stadium at 4:00pm. All games are against the Fairview Knights.
Boys Varsity Lacrosse will play at 7:30pm @ LPS Stadium. JV will play at 4:30pm at Powell MS turf field. Both games are against the Fairview Knights. C Level will play at 4:00pm against Ralston Valley at Ralston Valley HS.
Girls Tennis JV Gold will play at 3:45 pm @ the Holly Tennis Courts and JV Black will also play at 3:45pm @ the Ranch House. Both teams play the Chatfield Chargers.
