*Tonight’s the Night! College Information Night begins at 6:30pm with the Admissions Panel in the theater, followed by a mini-college fair in the cafeteria at 7:30pm. We have so much great info. to share about planning for college, exploring your options, and what to expect this fall. Don’t miss it!
*Warriors - next week, on March 13, 14, and 15th at 7 pm, the AHS Thespians are producing our Spring Musical, ‘County Fair: A Country Hits Musical’. This modern musical comedy is loosely inspired by Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ and full of all your favorite country hits like "Red Solo Cup", “Chicken Fried,” and so many others. County Fair is about sisters, community, and being proud of where you come from. You can purchase tickets for the performance on our website. Hope to see you then!
*All you ladies out there who are graduating in May and looking for college funds: check out the Minnie L. Harding Scholarship, the PEO GZ Scholarship, and the Pearl Brown Scholarship for the opportunity to receive up to $2500 toward your education! Applications due early April. See your counselor or stop by the Post-Secondary Center in room S1401 for more details.
*Please join the Sexuality and Gender Alliance Club this Thursday from 4:00pm-5:15pm in the Cafeteria for our Popcorn & Pronouns event. All staff, students and family members are welcome to join us to hang out while learning more about pronouns and showing your support for the LGBTQ+ community. Athletics
*Congratulations to the Varsity Boys basketball team for their 73-64 playoff win over Doherty on Friday night! The boys advanced to the “Sweet 16” for the first time in over a decade! Come support your Warriors as they take on the Eagles at Valor High School TOMORROW night at 7:00pm! We need the whole tribe out there to help get the boys to the Denver Coliseum for the Great 8!! Let’s Gooooo Warriors!
*Come pack the stands and help us get this season started off right by cheering on the Boys Varsity Lacrosse team against Legend @ this year’s Foundation Game TOMORROW @ 7:00pm at LPS Stadium. Our Foundation Game supports suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Admission to the game is your donation. All proceeds go to support The Nick Bales, Brought To Reality Foundation! Let’s show our support for BTR by spreading the message that it’s always ok to ask for help if your struggling with thoughts of suicide.
