 General Announcements

*Warriors, are you interested in building robots or working on a team? Join AHS's new FIRST Robotics Club! Everyone is encouraged to join, and no experience is necessary. Come to our meeting TODAY after school, from 3:45 to 4:45pm in E1286x, the Tech Lab.

*Senior Boys - do you have what it takes to become our 2025-26 Mr. Arapahoe?  We are officially looking for contestants to take the stage in this year’s Mr. Arapahoe contest on Monday, November 3rd. This annual event is one of our favorite traditions, filled with talent, humor, and plenty of school spirit.  The deadline for submitting an application is Friday, October 3rd and we want YOU to sign up!  Stop by and see Mrs. Romero in the Library to sign up or get more details. 

*Warriors, start your engines!  Join us for the AHS Annual Charity Car Show on Saturday, October 4th, from 9:00am-noon in the east parking lot. Come check out some amazing rides and help a great cause—all proceeds support the AHS Holiday Toy Drive and future shows. Spread the word to your friends, family, and neighbors, and don’t miss this community tradition! For more details, see the flyers posted around the school or talk to Mr. Hawthorne.

*Warriors - we have a Unified Kickball game this Thursday, October 2nd at 4:00pm on our baseball field against the Chatfield Chargers. Come Unify with Unified and play some kickball!

*Calling Juniors and Seniors - Embry- Riddle Aeronautical University, Ohio University and South Dakota School of Mines will be in the Post Secondary Center TOMORROW!  Sign up in SCOIR to attend.

*Join Us for FBLA this Thursday October 2nd!  Come hang out with us for a fun-filled FBLA meeting right after school in the Forum!  Expect games, prizes, and plenty of excitement.  If you can’t make it after school, don’t worry — there’s also a morning meeting at 8:00am in room S1409.  Whether you’re curious about FBLA, want to learn more, or just want to have a great time, we’d love to see you there!

*Attention Juniors - now is the time to sign up for the PSAT test that will be given at the end of October. It is highly encouraged that all juniors sign up for this test. Cost is $20. The deadline is coming up and space is limited. You can find the sign up link in your email.  See the counseling office with any questions.

Athletics

*Good luck to our Girls Varsity Softball team TONIGHT against Eaglecrest @ Eaglecrest at 4:15pm.

*WE NEED YOU to cheer on your Girls Volleyball teams TONIGHT at HOME against the Smoky Hill Bisons.  Come help us celebrate our TERRIFIC Seniors before the Varsity game at 6:30pm being played after JV at 5:00pm. The Sophomore team will play at 4:30pm followed by the Freshman team at 5:30pm.

*Pack the stands for our Girls Field Hockey teams TONIGHT at Centennial Stadium.  Varsity will play at 7:00pm after JV @ 5:30pm.  C level will play @ 5:00pm at Smoky Hill HS. 

*Come out and get loud for our Girls Varsity Flag Football teams TONIGHT against Smoky Hill @ Stutler Bowl Stadium at 7:30pm.

Use the QR code on flyers throughout the school to fill out a Google Form explaining your needs.  This is peers working with peers at convenient times before, during, and after school.

*Did you know that LPS has Driver Education classes.  These classes are filling up fast and the requirements change in April of this school year. Earn .25 elective credit while taking Driver Education with Littleton Public Schools. Go to LPS Driver Education for more information.

*Come cheer on your Girls Varsity Softball team as they take on Grandview TOMORROW at HOME @ 11:00am.  Come help us celebrate our AMAZING SENIORS before the game.  JV will follow at 1:30pm.

*Good luck to our Girls Field Hockey team TOMORROW against Kent Denver!  Varsity will play at 10:00am and JV will play @ 11:15am.  C team will play at 12:30pm.  All games are at Kent Denver HS.

*Come get loud and cheer on your Girls Volleyball teams TOMORROW as they take on the Grandview Wolves at HOME!  Varsity plays at noon after JV plays at 10:30am.  The Sophomore team plays at 10:00am followed by the Freshman team @ 11:00am.

 General Announcements

*Warriors - Lifetouch will be here TODAY for picture retakes. They will be in the Atrium from 10:15am to 2:15pm.  If you missed the initial picture day or if you would like to have your picture retaken, this is your opportunity to do so. You can purchase pictures online at Lifetouch.com. Use this code EVTQ4PVS2 when placing your order.  Students who do not get their picture taken will not be in the yearbook. 

*Juniors and Seniors- Arizona State University, College of Charleston, University of Oklahoma and Point Loma Nazarene University will all be visiting the Post-secondary Center TOMORROW.  Sign up in Scoir to attend!

*Warriors--Join us for Lunch Bunch TODAY during 1st lunch.  On even days we will meet at 2nd lunch.  This club is a place for anyone who wants to meet new people while sharing lunch together. Look for our reserved table in the cafeteria. See you there!

*Come join the Warriors on the Fly Club TODAY after school in room N1475.  Come discuss, learn, and participate in all things fly fishing.
