General Announcements
Hey Juniors and Seniors - the Postsecondary Center is hosting the University of Oregon TODAY at 11:00am. You can sign up in Scoir. Please see Mrs. Wern if you need a pass. Also, College Application Boot Camp for Seniors starts next Wednesday, September 10th in the Forum from 8:15am - 9:00am, during PLC. Attendance is encouraged, You have questions, we have answers!
*Seniors - Herff Jones will be at AHS TODAY from 11:00am-1:00pm in the Bubble entrance to take orders for: Graduation announcements, souvenir tassels, Senior apparel and more! If you're also interested in ordering a class ring or letter jacket, sample sizes will be available to try on, and orders can be placed on-site or online. You can review the attached Graduation Packet and Online Order Form. We look forward to seeing you there!
*Attention WWW! We are having a meeting on Monday morning, September 8th at 7:45am in room E1287 to plan for homecoming week! If you are wanting to participate in WWW events please attend! Reach out Ms Winn or Ms Johnson with questions.
*Warriors - we invite all sports and clubs to participate in the 2025 Homecoming Parade on Saturday, September 20th. Our theme is “Saturday Night Fever”! The parade starts promptly at 10:00am and takes about an hour. Help us make this year’s parade a success! Sign up using the QR code on flyers throughout the school or see Mrs. Romero in the library.
Athletics
*Good luck to our Girls Softball teams TODAY at HOME against Denver South. Varsity will play at 4:00pm followed by JV at 5:30pm. Go Warriors!
*Come cheer on our Girls Field Hockey teams TODAY as they take on Colorado Academy at Centennial Stadium. Varsity will play at 6:45pm after JV @ 5:30pm and C Level at 4:15pm.
*Good luck to our Girls Flag Football team TOMORROW at Littleton Stadium against Columbine. Varsity will play at 11:00am after JV plays at 9:30am.
*Good luck to all our Warrior Cross Country runners TOMORROW at the Cherry Creek Steve Lohman Invitational starting @ 11:00am.
*Warriors - Come on out to the Boys Varsity Football game against Heritage TONIGHT at 7:00pm at Littleton Stadium! Here is what you need to know:
AHS Student and Adult Athletic passes will get you into the game - You DO NOT need to purchase a ticket if you have an ATHLETIC PASS.
Just a reminder - ONLY a current, valid Arapahoe student ID card marked with ATHLETICS in hand can be used tonight - no phone ID photos will be accepted
Student Athletic Passes can still be purchased. If you have paid for a STUDENT ATHLETIC PASS, make sure your Student ID has the Athletic Pass printed on it TODAY. Mr. Ngo in the main office can reprint your ID with the Athletic Pass.
Tickets for students WITHOUT Athletic Passes will be sold in the Cafeteria during both lunches.
Tickets for Adults will be available at the Bubble Entrance from noon-3:30pm TODAY.
Cash or check will be accepted. No online ticket sales will be available for this game.
