The After Prom Committee needs your help in the following areas:

Casino - We need dealers. You would be at the school from 3pm-10pm on Friday May 4th to help decorate.
Sat. May 5th you would work from 11pm - 4 am Sun.
Sunday May 6th we are asking you to stay as long as you can to take down the decorations.
We will have a training session on how to deal all the different types of poker we will be offering.

We have 14 doors that can be opened to let air in during the event but we need 28+ people to man the doors.

We need 10 -15 strong, early rising people to help Sunday at 5am to put away After Prom into the storage shed, and take the trash to the trash bins. Also, it is very helpful if some of the people could bring trucks to help move larger items to the storage area.

If anyone has bamboo or straw mats we could use them in decorating one of the halls.

We need help to decorate the cafeteria and one of the activity halls. These people primarily need to help plan, make some decorations, and decorate the areas. Please do not assume the After Prom committee has your name. Please email Stefani Ernst at stefanisews@aol.com or call her at 303 689-0281.
