ATTENTION ALL ARAPAHOE ARTISTS!!! Please pick up your artwork from Art Attack this week!
Attention Students and Staff, the AHS Kitchen will only be open Monday, May 17, and Tuesday, May 18, during finals week due to budget cuts.
Yearbook distribution will take place today after school in the cafeteria. Students who are unable to pick up their yearbooks today may get them during lunch in the cafeteria tomorrow.
Attention NHS members: Don’t forget our last meeting of the year is this Wednesday, May 12th, after school in the forum. It’s an important meeting when we’ll have elections for next year’s officers and turn in our service logs, so please be sure you’re there.
Athletics
The Girls’ Varsity Tennis team took 1st place at their regional tournament in Grand Junction. Sarah Ray, Elly Fryberger, Saryn Mooney, Lauren Ciancio and Katie Raffaghello all took first place. Hailey Johnson, Lara McDougald, Kelly Ervine, and Rachel Severson all took second place. Cat Cole and Jessica Wener both took fourth place. Congratulations girls. The team competes at the state tournament starting this Thursday.
Attention golfers: All boys interested in trying out for the golf team in August should attend a brief meeting at 2:22 p.m. on Wednesday in room S8. If you cannot attend, give your name to Coach Anderson or Mrs. Weems in the Athletic office.
Interested in running Cross Country this fall or pre-season with Summer Running Club? Please attend a mandatory informational meeting on Thursday, May 13 during either first or second lunch on the baseball bleachers next to the track. Please see Coach Seidel or Lutz if you are unable to attend.
Attention all Girls’ JV Soccer players: There will be a mandatory uniform check - in tomorrow at 2:30 in room C-7. Your entire uniform must be cleaned and complete.
