General Announcements

HO! HO! HO! We are so close to our goal of 1000 toys! Way to go Warriors! We truly appreciate all of your contributions and so will the kids at Schmitt Elementary and the Denver Indian Family Services Center. You may still bring toys to the Attendance Office. The Wrapping Party will be held Monday, Dec. 6, right after school in the cafeteria. Please come help wrap and get the toys ready for delivery.

The Warrior Marching Band and Color Guard will be performing on television tonight in the Downtown Parade of Lights beginning at 8:00pm. Our band and color guard auditioned for and was picked as one of the top eight high school marching bands in the state for this prestigious parade. The band and Color Guard will also perform at the Saturday parade beginning at 6:00pm.

Attention NHS members—all new NHS members MUST ATTEND the induction ceremony rehearsal in the theatre right after school at 2:20 on Monday, Dec.6. Attendance is mandatory, so please let your coaches and parents know ahead of time. Also, remember that the ceremony itself begins promptly at 7 pm on Monday, Dec. 6. Please be on time and dress formally. Lastly, we need current members of NHS who were inducted last year to help pass out programs, set up the theatre, and set up the refreshment table. You will receive volunteer hours for this. If you are interested, please see Ms. Leclaire or Mr. Smith right away.

Sophomores, the PLAN test results are here! Please come and pick them up in the Guidance Center!

Hey freshmen! Final Exams are quickly approaching and it’s time to get your study on! Join Link Crew on Wednesday, December 8th at 2:30 in the cafeteria for Cramfest. Link Leaders and teachers from various departments will be available to answer questions and offer study tips to help you prepare for final exams. Hot chocolate and cookies will be provided. Don’t miss this opportunity to study with your friends and Link Leaders!

Just a reminder to all the students who checked out books from the library before the Thanksgiving break, most of those books are due back. Avoid those book fines and get your books back to the library! Thanks.

Hey Juniors and Seniors, the After Prom Committee would like to hear from you! This is your chance to share ideas you think would make After Prom the very best ever! Please write down your ideas and suggestions and put them in the box in the guidance center. We look forward to all students' ideas! This is your After Prom night, and we want to make it fun for everyone. We will take suggestions until Winter Break.
