Hey Warriors! Help us tackle hunger! The Broncos food drive is happening during the month of October. We’re having a competition against Littleton and Heritage to see who can collect the most food. Let’s beat them and prove that we’re the best. Bring in canned goods and other non-perishable food items. There are collection boxes in all the classrooms. Warriors—we CAN do it!

Would you like to pay off that library fine and at the same time donate to the Bronco Wives Food Drive? How do you ask!? Now until October 28th you will receive a.50 credit off your fine balance for every non perishable food donation you bring in to the library. To ensure that you receive credit toward your fine personally hand your donation to any of the library staff. Help yourself while you help others.

ALL students taking the PSAT on Wednesday, Oct. 12 must have their AHS student ID number. Please have the ID number readily available. Thank you.

HELLO ARAPAHOE!!!! October is here and we are now accepting submissions for the 2012 MUSE. Are you a writer? Do you like to compose poetry? Maybe you do creative art. This is your opportunity to be published. Submit to the Muse! Written submissions may be done on line from the Arapahoe website. Art pieces submit to Ms. Blum or Mrs. Hitchens in the Art Department. The deadline is the end of October!

Hey Warriors – Let’s start the talk. Join us Monday, October 17th, from 7:00 pm – to 8:00 pm in the AHS Theater, where we will start to address the questions you have about suicide. A panel of professionals will be available to answer your anonymous questions. Bring your questions with you or submit them in advance in any of the boxes now in the cafeteria and library. This will be a dynamic discussion, which you won’t want to miss. Together we can start the talk and keep it going. You don’t need to have questions to attend; merely an investment in your fellow warriors, the community, and yourself. See you there!!
