Have you ever heard Mrs. Parmenter sing? Did you know that Mr. Hess is a magnificent piano player? Have you ever seen Mrs. Hitchen’s Bob Ross impression??? The 5th bi-annual Teacher Talent Show is Thursday February 9th at 7 p.m. in the theater! The cost is $5.00 and you can buy tickets every day at lunch. Your favorite teachers will be performing skits, playing instruments, and making you laugh. We hope to see you there!

Do you like to work on cars? Want to know how to fix your car? Now you can learn at ACC by joining Automotive Technology. Limited to juniors and seniors. The class counts as high school and college credit. The class is at ACC and all you have to pay for the class is $50. If you interested in joining the class, you can check the brochures at the Guidance Center or Facebook by searching ACC for more information.

Sophomores and Juniors interested in Concurrent Enrollment or Career Technical Courses for next school year, see your counselor as soon as possible. Applications are due soon!

Attention all interested Lady Golfers. Please plan to attend the Parent /Player information meeting Tuesday night, February 7th, at 6 p.m. in the Forum. You must attend with a parent. See Coach Wilson in the Math office if you are unable to make this golf preseason meeting.

Attention all Winter Sports Athletes! There will be no Wrestling nor Girls Swim/Dive practice today after school. All Boys and Girls Basketball practices for today will be held at Powell Middle School. Please contact your coach for specific basketball practice times at Powell.

Congratulations to the Arapahoe Warrior Wrestling "Band of Brothers". The team defeated Smoky Hill at last Thursday's dual resulting in their title of the 2012 Centennial League Champions - way to go Warriors!

Spring Sports are just around the corner! Registration will take place next week in the Cafeteria during lunches. Boys & Girls Track on Tuesday, February 14th, Baseball and Boys Swim/Dive on Wednesday, February 15th, Girls Golf, Soccer and Tennis on Thursday, February 16th. Stop by the Athletic Office and pick up your registration paperwork today. Don't delay - first day of practices are on Monday, February 27th!

Student Insurance coverage is available to all High School students thru K12 Accident and Health. Enrolling is easy and the premium is very inexpensive. Please stop by the Athletic Office to pick up an information sheet. Just a reminder that all students who are going to try out for or be active on a High School athletic team must have insurance prior to registration.

If you are interested in playing girls lacrosse this spring, please pick up a registration packet from Mrs. Weems in the athletic office and register online at girls.ahslax.org.
