Attention all Arapahoe Students! Valentine’s Day Sales will occur between Wednesday the eighth and Monday the thirteenth so make sure to stop by the table in the lunch room and get a treat for your friends and that special someone!
Juniors and Seniors. This is your last week to apply to be a model in the 2012 Prom Fashion Show. We are planning a very exciting show this year. If you are interested in being a model, pick up an application in the Business Office. All completed applications must be turned in by THIS Friday.
Sophomores and Juniors interested in Concurrent Enrollment or Career Technical Courses for next school year, see your counselor as soon as possible. Applications are due soon!

Athletics:
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Basketball team for their 52-38 win over Mullen last night here at Arapahoe. The Lady Warriors were paced in scoring by Karlyn Johnson and Stacey Lukasiewicz. The team played great team defense effort. the win sets the Your lady Warriors league record at 9 and 1 and their season mark at 14 and 5. Your Lady Warriors are back in action Friday night at Cherry Creek. Thanks to all of you that came out and supported the team last night and we look forward to seeing you Friday at Creek.
Come out and support the Special Olympic basketball team as they go up against Transition 2 tonight at 7:00 p.m. in Arapahoe High School's main gym.
Good luck to our 14 AHS girls swimming state qualifiers. They are headed up to Ft Collins early tomorrow to compete in the state high school swim meet on Friday and Saturday. This is the last meet of the season so swim fast and have fun! Go Warriors! For those of you who wanted to attend but couldn't get a ticket, this event will be streamed live over chssa.tv.

Spring Sports are just around the corner! Registration will take place next week in the Cafeteria during lunches. Boys & Girls Track on Tuesday, February 14th, Baseball and Boys Swim/Dive on Wednesday, February 15th, Girls Golf, Soccer and Tennis on Thursday, February 16th. Stop by the Athletic Office and pick up your registration paperwork today. Don't delay - first day of practices are on Monday, February 27th!
Student Insurance coverage is available to all High School students thru K12 Accident and Health. Enrolling is easy and the premium is very inexpensive. Please stop by the Athletic Office to pick up an information sheet. Just a reminder that all students who are going to try out for or be active on a High School athletic team must have insurance prior to registration.
