HO! HO! HO! AHS
Toys for Tots has a goal of 1,000 toys for Eagleton Elementary and the Denver
Indian Center. We now have about 45 toys in the
building. We need 955 more toys to meet our
goal. We only have four more school days to bring them
in. Watch for sales – the best way to shop, and start bringing your toys
in tomorrow. You
make it happen!
Part of our 'Deliberate
Acts of Love and Kindness' campaign involves acknowledging our gratitude
towards others. Have you thanked a teacher or staff member today?!?
Please grab a post card from any teacher's classroom, the Guidance Office, the
Library or at the Attendance window and take a moment to express your sincere
gratitude for a teacher or staff member. Once you've filled out your
card, just drop it by the Guidance office or the Library and we will take care
of the delivery for you!

Key Club, don't forget to come to the meeting today after school in Room
N-2. We have membership cards for all of you and t-shirts for those who
haven't picked theirs up yet. Also, a reminder of the club photo for the
yearbook is on Wednesday at 2:30. Please wear your t-shirt if you
have it.
The
next official TSA business meeting will be tomorrow after
school in Room E9 from 2:25 -3:00 We
will be discussing event entries and deadlines. See you tomorrow!
The first round of yearbook club
photos will be taken on the theatre stage starting at 2:30 p.m on Wednesday,
December 3. The following clubs are
signed up for Wednesday -- Key Club at 2:30, Yoga Club at 2:40, Wild Warrior
Women at 2:50, Unified Sports at 3:00, Mock Trial at 3:10, Muse at 3:20, and
Winter Guard at 3:50. Club members and
sponsors: Please report to the band hallway 5 - 10 minutes early so that we can
get organized, and just in case we are ahead of schedule. Thank you!
Freshmen and New
Students: Join LINK Crew for Cramfest on PLC Wednesday,
December 3rd from 7:20-9:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to get help
studying and tips about what to expect from our Link Leaders. Join us in the
cafeteria for free donuts.
Attention all
Students! Be part of the human thank you project thanking our community
for all of their support last December. The word THANK YOU will be
spelled out by each of you in order to create the letters of the word.
Please meet after school in the cafeteria Thursday, December 4th to
take part in this great event.
Artists and writers of
Arapahoe-- Thank you for submitting your fine work to the Muse before our first
submission deadline. Please be aware, that you can still submit your
creative work to the Muse!
Our Fall deadline is December 15th. Keep it coming!
Athletics
Please
support the boys basketball teams for their first game at home tonight against
Ponderosa. Freshmen play at 4:00,
JV/sophomores at 5:30 and Varsity at 7:00.
