Speech and Debate! Congratulations to everyone who competed at
The Chatfield Chill this weekend. Seven people earned outstanding ribbons and
eight more students progressed and competed in finals. Keep up the great work
this weekend at Cherry Creek!
Attention
all Students and Staff - Please come join us in the cafeteria after school
today to take part in the Arapahoe Thank You Project. A picture will be
taken, sent to local community members and put in the yearbook. Don't
miss out on this historical event!
Did you order a yearbook? Don't assume you
have one ordered. Check your infinite campus account or the list by the
bookkeeper's office to make sure. Today is the last day to order so don't
delay!

Warriors! Help support speech and debate
by buying a candy cane during 1st or 2nd lunch in the
cafeteria this week. You can either keep it for
yourself or give it to a friend. For every candy cane purchased, you can leave a message to a friend, teacher, or
the school in general. Only one dollar for a candy cane and a message! Happy Holidays!
Attention
students! There has been an important change of dates. The Toy Delivery
to Eagleton Elementary, which was scheduled for Wednesday December 17, must be
changed to Friday, December 19 due to a scheduling conflict at Eagleton. If you have
completed a permission form, you will need to complete a new form, which can be
picked up from the Attendance office. We will save your place in
line. We also still have a few spots remaining on the bus if you haven't
signed up yet. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can
offer that spot to someone else. Please check in the Attendance Office if
you have any questions.
During finals week, all areas of the library, with the exception
of the study rooms, are SILENT study only. Please plan ahead should you need to complete
group work. Study rooms are available for this purpose on a first come, first
served basis. A study room may be
reserved ahead of time by using the link on the AHS Library web page.
Part of our 'Deliberate
Acts of Love and Kindness' campaign involves acknowledging our gratitude
towards others. Have you thanked a teacher or staff member today?!?
Please grab a post card from any teacher's classroom, the Guidance Office, the
Library or at the Attendance window and take a moment to express your sincere
gratitude for a teacher or staff member. Once you've filled out your
card, just drop it by the Guidance office or the Library and we will take care
of the delivery for you!

Arapahoe-- Thank you for submitting your fine work to the Muse before our first
submission deadline. Please be aware, that you can still submit your
creative work to the Muse!
Our Fall deadline is December 15th. Keep it coming!
Warriors, it's not too early to be
thinking about Arapahoe's Winter Dance, A Night in Lights, to be held on
Saturday, January 24th. Tickets will go on sale in January, but Ladies,
if your date is not an Arapahoe student, you may pick up your Guest Form now at
the Attendance Office window. Only
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors may bring a guest from another school.
