General Announcements

Today is it!  This is the last day that The Muse will accept your fantastic writing and artwork. If you get us your work by midnight tonight, it will be considered for this year's magazine.  Bring it on, Arapahoe--it's your last chance!   

Club photos for the yearbook will be taken starting at 2:30 p.m. today.  The following clubs are signed up -- Figure Skating Club at 2:30, FCA at 2:40, FBLA at 2:50, Winter Percussion at 3:00, NBHS at 3:20, Speech and Debate at 3:30, Table Tennis Club at 3:40, and Hike Club at 3:50.  Please report to the band hallway 5 - 10 minutes early to get organized. Thank you!

Attention all honor band participants:  All students who were selected to participate in any of the honor bands this year needs to see Mr. Funk after school today to pick up your permission forms packet.  These forms are required in order for you to participate in each honor band.  Thank you!

The PSAT results are back. Please come to the Guidance Office to pick up your results if you have not yet done so.

Hey Warriors!  The 2015 Arapahoe High School Winter Dance, A Night in Lights, is on Saturday night, January 24th, from 7:00-10:00 p.m. in the AHS Cafeteria.  It is semi-formal and is a Sadie Hawkins night where the girls invite the guys!  The cost is $10 per person in advance, and $15 per person at the door.  Tickets go on sale during both lunches, beginning Tuesday January 20th.  This dance is so much fun, you won't want to miss it!   Only Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors may bring a guest from another school. Dance guest forms are located in the Attendance Office and are due next Tuesday, January 20.  

Athletics

Come out and support AHS girls Varsity swim and dive today at 4:30 p.m. in the pool, as they host Cherokee Trail for a home dual meet.  Go Lady Water Warriors - swim fast!

The Broadcast team from Arapahoe High School will broadcast the Heritage/LPS varsity Hockey game this Friday via the internet on the NFHS network.  Follow the instructions to join the network so you can watch the game for free.

Attention! Any girls interested in playing tennis this spring:  There is a mandatory registration meeting for all girls trying out for the team and their parents on Tuesday, January 20, at 6:00 p.m. in the Forum.
