Attention
all FBLA Members. If you have signed up for a testing event, you must
take your test today, January 9th 12th or 13th after school in Room
S2 or S3. If you have any questions regarding whether or not you need to
take an online test, please stop by the Business Department. A study
session is planned for all students in performance events. The study
session will be at 6:00 p.m. on January 14th. Please stop by the Business
Department today or tomorrow to sign
up!
Happy New Year Warriors! Make a resolution to put more drama in
your life. Come to the Drama Club meeting today in the Auditorium
at 2:30. There you can get information about events and our upcoming
spring musical, Bye Bye Birdie!
Attention
all TSA participants, there will be a short, mandatory meeting next Tuesday, January 13 after
school in Room E9. We will be voting on club t-shirts and finalizing the
State Conference events. See you there!
The
Winter Dance , "A Night in Lights", will be on Saturday, January 24th
from 7:00-10:00 p.m. in
the Cafeteria. Only Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors may bring a guest from
another school. Dance guest forms are located in the Attendance Office.
Watch for ticket sale announcements soon.
Athletics
If you
left anything in your PE locker from last semester you can come down to the
locker rooms today thru Friday to look
for your items. All locks have been cut off. After Friday,
everything will be donated to Goodwill. See any PE teacher for
assistance.
The
Arapahoe Cheers will be sponsoring a fundraiser Tuesday night, January 13th
at the Garlic Knot. Come anytime between
5:00-8:00 p.m. and enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet for only $10 per person
which includes pizza slices, garlic knots, and a soda. The fundraiser will be held at the Garlic
Knot near Mineral and SouthPark. Thank
you for supporting your cheers!
