Hey, Seniors! Are you interested in playing in the Senior versus staff basketball game? The game is March 14th at 7 p.m. during Warrior Week. Applications are now available in the counseling office and are due on Monday, March 5th.
Juniors, sophomores, and freshmen students as well as parents, please save the date for College Night on Monday, March 19th! Jill Athenour, an Independent College Counselor, will give two identical keynote addresses called Taking the Fear (and Stress) Out of College Admissions. She will separate facts from myths and reduce anxiety that can cloud perspective on the college application process. There are several all new breakout sessions as well! Please check your email next week for detailed information and to RSVP.
Hey Senior boys! Think you’ve got what it takes to be the 2018 Mr. Arapahoe? Applications are in the counseling office! They will also be shown through a QR code on the TV slides around school. Paper applications need to be turned into the counseling office. Last day to turn in your applications is March 1st!
Have you lost something this semester? If so, all the items we’ve collected are on tables in the cafeteria, please come collect your items asap!
Attention Seniors: The yearbook staff has posted your senior portraits and biographies in the art hallway next to the journalism room E-1288. Please stop by to check your senior photo and bio for accuracy. There are forms available to make corrections if you need.
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors! Next Tuesday, February 27th, the Post Grad Center will host Richmond, the American International University in London Please log in to Naviance to sign up.
Students - Interested in the Health Sciences Program offered by LPS for next year? Stop by the Counseling Department and see your counselor. Applications are due by February 28th.
Athletics
Our Lady Warriors basketball team play round 2 of the playoffs tonight against Chaparral at Chaparral High School at 7 pm. We hope to see you there, Go Warriors!!!
Your LPS Hockey team finished the season 2nd in their conference and 5th in the state. They had a bye in the first round of the state playoffs and will play in the 2nd round today at 12:45 vs. Aspen at Ice Ranch. If they win today, they’ll play the 3rd round tomorrow at 5pm at Ice Ranch. Please come out to cheer on the team!!
