General Announcements
*Did you guess this week’s “The Masked Teacher”? For the month of September, play along with the "The Masked Teacher" on our AHS Instagram account -ahswarriorsofficial. A teacher will provide two days worth of clues then a reveal message on the instagram story. The excitement is building for next week’s mystery masked teacher! Who do you think it will be?
*Seniors! Have you seen Mrs. Witt to verify the spelling of your name and provide your height for your graduation cap and gown? If not, please stop by her office in the counseling area today! A representative from Herff-Jones will be here next week to assist with orders for graduation.
*Remember to keep practicing daily health self-screenings, social distancing, wearing masks and good handwashing.
*Warriors: it is very important for you to check in to your infinite campus account to record your attendance on ALL virtual days. On Wednesdays you must be virtually present for all your class periods throughout the day. Make sure you also check in for your ICAP class. This is where you will see important school communications.
*Do you still have an LPS library book checked out from last school year, belonging to a middle school or high school library? We would love to get these books back to their "Home Libraries". Please drop them by our AHS Library, we'll check the books in, then return them for you.
Athletics
*Boys Lacrosse Players - If you are interested in playing in the fall lacrosse league please contact Coach Bobzien, lbobzien@lps.k12.co.us, by Thursday, September 17th.
*Support your Toms by grabbing dinner at Chipotle across the street on Monday, September 14 from 4:00-8:00 PM. Just mention AHS Toms to the cashier when checking out, or include our code from the flyer with your online order!
