General Announcements
*REMINDER: There is no school on Friday this week. Next week (March 8-12) also has a revised schedule as Thursday and Friday, March 11 and 12 are non-student days. Monday, March 8, Group A is in-person for periods 1-8 and Tuesday, March 9, Group B is in-person for periods 1-8. Wednesday, March 10 is a synchronous remote day for all students periods 1-8 (PLC late start as usual).
*If you are interested in 10th grade Honors American Literature, AP Lang. or AP Lit. please find the application on the Language Arts homepage. Applications are due no later than March 19th.
*Attention LIFEGUARDS....if you have a need to get recertified in Lifeguarding please email Mrs. Abner. She is offering a Lifeguard Recertification class during spring break on March 25th and 26th. Remember you must have a current Lifeguard certification in order to work at pools this summer.
Athletics
*Craving Noodles? Please order your Thursday dinner from the Noodles in Southglenn and you will be supporting the AHS Softball team. Please be sure to mention the softball team, show the flyer or use the online code: “GIVING25”.
*Want Chicken?? Join Arapahoe Boys and Girls Swim and Dive for a Spirit Night Fundraiser at Southglenn Chick-Fil-A on Tuesday. March 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Chick-Fil-A Southglenn will generously donate 15% of your purchase to the Swim and Dive Teams. Be sure to mention AHS Swim and Dive when you order your food. *The AHS Lady Warriors Basketball Program Would LOVE your support and donation to their ONLY Fundraiser this year. The AHS Girls Basketball Program through basketball encourages camaraderie and teamwork. Donations will directly help with paying for equipment (basketball & uniforms), maintenance of our courts, game costs, gym fees, coaching fees and many more. It will also help impact both the AHS Girls Basketball Program and the AHS Girls Basketball Feeder Programs. Simply go to our fundraiser page where you can support our cause.
