*REMINDER: This week has a revised schedule as Thursday and Friday, March 11 and 12 are non-student days.
*Students, today you will attend lunch based on your 5th period class. As a reminder, Performing Arts, PE, Math, and Science have 1st lunch, and Social Studies, Language Arts, World Language, Visual Arts, and Business have 2nd lunch. Thank you!
*Attention all Arapahoe Artists… This year's Art Attack is underway! This year's show will be virtual and we are currently accepting submissions. To enter, look for the QR code found on signs and screens around the building. For more information or answers to any questions please see Mrs. Hawthorne, Ms. Davidson, or Ms. King in the Art Department.
*Arapahoe High School will be hosting a Virtual Job Fair on March 17th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Employers are looking to fill current and summer positions. 2021 Arapahoe High School Virtual Job Fair. Click here to register or contact Mr. Sawyer in the Business Department if you have any questions.
*There are several virtual college visits this coming PLC Wednesday afternoon: Lynn University, San Diego State, Texas A & M, Wichita State, Colorado School of Mines, and Westmont College. Please sign up in Naviance.
Athletics
*Your Varsity Toms brought home first place in BOTH varsity game day and small varsity pom at the UDA West Championships this past weekend! Congratulations to the JV team as well for their incredible performance and spirit! Next up for both teams– the Ponderosa Invitational on March 13 and Centennial League on March 15.
*Congratulations to all the Wrestling Warriors who competed over the weekend in the regional tournaments for a job well done! A special shout out to Carsen Trujillo and Saelah Pescevic for qualifying for the state tournament!
*Want Chicken?? Join Arapahoe Boys and Girls Swim and Dive for a Spirit Night Fundraiser at Southglenn Chick-Fil-A on Tuesday. March 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Chick-Fil-A Southglenn will generously donate 15% of your purchase to the Swim and Dive Teams. Be sure to mention AHS Swim and Dive when you order your food.
