Attention Sophomores: Sophomores are NOT allowed to park on the school campus for any reason. This is also true during the CSAP testing.
The Muse staff would like to remind students whose work was published in this year’s edition to pick up your free copy from Mr. Miles in the Language Arts office. Muse staff, remember we have a very important meeting today. We want to thank everyone, celebrate our accomplishment, and talk about what we still need to do this Spring. Come munch on some goodies this Wednesday and help us finish up!
Attention National Honor Society Members!! Juniors who are interested in becoming an NHS officer for next year should attend a short meeting scheduled for Today after school in room E-11. If you are unable to attend, please see one of the current NHS officers.
Attention Mathematicians! We are third place and only one point behind Cherry Creek High School in the Colorado Math League Competition. Please do your very best on the next CML! Go Arapahoe!!
Student Council Members and officers! Our meeting has been changed to Friday, March 17 at 6:45am.
Be sure to come Thursday night and enjoy a wonderful evening of music with our small ensembles, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble! The band concert will be held in the theatre with the main performance starting at 7pm. The concert is free, and will feature the very talented senior trumpeter, Bobby Cassara, performing a movement of the famous Haydn Trumpet Concerto. A second, equally talented, senior horn musician, Katie Dwyer, will perform a movement from the Second Mozart Horn Concerto. Don't miss it!
Attention all JV and Varsity Cheers – there is a team meeting this Friday in room N2 right after school. All scrapbook pages are due at this meeting. Please bring them with you.
Hey Warriors! Do you have a large supply of spirit and energy, and a desire to represent YOUR school?! If so, you may be just the person to join one of the Arapahoe High School Cheerleading Teams. Please plan to attend a MANDATORY Parent-Athlete meeting on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Forum. This is the only meeting, so if you plan to try out, you must attend. See Ms. Pramenko in the main office if you have any questions.

Athletics
Congratulations to the Varsity baseball team who beat number 3 ranked Columbine yesterday 3 to 1. The Warriors were led by great hitting from Cody Scott who hit a two run double and Payton Turner who hit a solo homerun. Nathaniel Weems threw a stellar game and got some great defensive help from Scott Case. Come support your Warriors as they take on second ranked Monarch at home on Saturday at 11 am.
The JV boys baseball game that was scheduled for today against Columbine has been cancelled. The game will be played on Friday, March 17th at Columbine. Game time is set at 3:45.
The girls JV lacrosse game that was scheduled for today against Air Academy has been cancelled. The varsity girls will still play at 4 pm at Newton Middle School.
“Attention all girl’s varsity and junior varsity tennis players: Everyone should meet at the Arapahoe courts today for team pictures. Please wear your team uniform and meet at the courts no later than 3 pm.”
The Arapahoe Boys Swimming and Diving team defeated Douglas County last night with a score of 93 to 87. The Warriors were led by Jeff Treftz who won the 200 an 500 freestyle, Ian Francis who won the 200 I.M. and the !00 Breast With a state qualifying time of 1:04.93. Finally, Aaron Kayan won the 100 backstroke. Come support the Warriors this weekend at the Cherry Creek Pentathlon, Saturday at 9:00.
