General Announcements

Attention all JV and Varsity Cheers – there is a team meeting today in room N2 right after school. All scrapbook pages are due at this meeting. Please bring them with you.

Hey Warriors! Do you have a large supply of spirit and energy, and a desire to represent YOUR school?! If so, you may be just the person to join one of the Arapahoe High School Cheerleading Teams. Please plan to attend a MANDATORY Parent-Athlete meeting on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Forum. This is the only meeting, so if you plan to try out, you must attend. See Ms. Pramenko in the main office if you have any questions.

Seniors: APPLY FOR THE 2006 NFIB YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR AWARD!
This is an opportunity for a budding small business owner to win a scholarship ranging from $1,000 to $10,000!

Money! Money! Money! This is a reminder to all TSA members planning on attending the State TSA conference in April that your registration packet and money are due by the end of the day Friday. THAT’S TODAY! See Mr. McMullen if you need a registration packet! Also, please plan to come to the next TSA meeting this Monday!”

Sophomores and Juniors:
President's Leadership Class at the University of Colorado-Boulder is holding its annual Colorado Leadership Conference on April 21-23. We are looking for Sophomore and Junior high school students to attend our conference. The conference consists of workshops, guest speakers and social activities that the PLC first and second year classes put together and run. Congratulations to our talented mathematicians! Three students earned a perfect score on the March CML. Please recognize: Johnny Dickinson, Sean Egan and Tyler Wingfield. Students who only missed one point are: Jase Adams, Sarah Axelrath, David Ellis, Matt Evans, Zach Foster, Amanda Gossack, Brett Hillbrand, Amy Johnson, David Lyons, Corey McClymonds, Kyle Matson, and Lindsay Ratterman. Great job Arapahoe!!

Athletics

Your Arapahoe boys swimming and diving team beat Littleton last night by a score of 110-76 for varsity and 90-63 for JV. Qualifying for state included Brock Logan in the 200 IM and 100 free, Vinny Crispino in the 500 free, Nick Anderson in the 100 breast, Rob Newell in the 100 fly and Cory Riedel in diving. State qualifiers against Douglas County and Cherry Creek last week were Ian Francis in the 100 breast and Skyler Schaffer in the 50 free. Come out and support your Warriors at home this Saturday at the 39th annual Arapahoe relays. Diving begins at 8:30 AM while the swimming relays begins at 12 noon
