General Announcements
All AHS women interested in math and science, there is A Women in Engineering Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder. They would like to invite you to an upcoming event for high school women. Friday, March 10, 2006, is Discover Engineering Day at CU at the CU-Boulder campus. Students will learn about engineering applications while being immersed in campus life.
Don't forget the Choir and Orchestra Concert in the theatre at 7:00 on Thursday night. The Concert Choir, Choralettes, Arapahoe Singers and Orchestra will be performing. Join us for an evening of singing, dancing and wonderful music.
Scuba diver on the front, more memorable pictures and words inside—fellow MUSE staff let’s come to the meeting this Wednesday to celebrate our successes. We need you at the meeting to discuss the rest of the year and plans for the next. Email one of the sponsors if you are unable to attend. See you Wednesday!
Come join the Arapahoe Rescue Organization. This is the only organization in the nation run entirely by youth for search and rescue. We assist the Arapahoe County Sheriff Department and the Littleton Fire Department. We will be meeting Friday, March 10, 2006 during 4th hour, 10:30am to 12:10pm in the Forum at AHS. Please come hear the facts and details.
Athletics
Hey volleyball players! If you're planning on playing volleyball next fall, please plan on attending a short informational meeting next Wednesday, March 8 immediately after school in the forum. We'll discuss open gym, summer weight training, leagues, and camps. The meeting will be about 15 minutes, so you can make it to spring sports practice. If you can't attend, stop by and see Coach Syers. Thanks!
