Hey Arapahoe, did you know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month? With the Race For The Cure and Pink Ribbons everywhere, it's pretty hard to miss. CHSAA has once again challenged the volleyball teams in the state to host a THINK PINK match. This season, the teams in the Centennial League have chosen tomorrow October 6 for our THINK PINK event. Our match is away against Smoky Hill.
Here some ways that you can get involved:
All this week, pink bracelets and t-shirts will be available in the DECA Store. They will be given out in exchange for donations for breast cancer research. Bracelets are $1.00, t-shirts are $5.00. Donations will also be collected at DECA Dodgeball on Wednesday night.
Tomorrow, the volleyball players from both Smoky Hill and Arapahoe will be wearing pink uniforms at school and during the games. We would love it if the students and staff of AHS would show their support for this important cause by also wearing pink. Thanks Arapahoe!
Congratulations to all three Warrior Football teams for their clean sweep of Cherry Creek High School last weekend!
