General Announcements:

Join "You Matter" Club tomorrow at 2:30 in room C-13. Come find out our goals for this semester. All are welcome!

Guys, did you know that today is the Chinese New Year's Day? This year is the year of dragon, which may make you successful for the whole year! We will have an Art Club meeting after school today in E11 for you to know more about the New Year, and there will be a dragon and lion dance! Don't miss it!

Attention Warriors! Please visit the Arapahoe High School website to fill out a survey regarding what qualities you would like to see in our next Principal. We would like to hear your thoughts. Athletics:

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls basketball team for their win last Friday night against Overland 61-43. The Lady Warriors were lead in scoring by Amanda Martinez with 25 points and Alex Buechler with 16. The win pushes the team's league record to 5 and 1 and their season record to 10 and 5. Great job Lady Warriors. The lady hoopsters are back in action Wednesday night at Eaglecrest. Come out and support your Lady Warrior basketball team.

Congrats to the Freshman Girls' Basketball team. They played a total team game to beat Overland's Freshman team 55 to 22. Everyone played well and they all continue to improve. Keep up the great work Lady Warriors.

Come out and support the Special Olympic basketball team as they go up against Littleton tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Littleton High School's main gym.

Attention Girls Tennis Players: If you missed the registration meeting last week and would like to try out for spring tennis please see Mrs. Leyden in the PE office. She has registration forms for you to complete and return to her.

Attention all boys interested in swimming or diving for the Arapahoe Boys Swimming and Diving Team. Registration will be held Wednesday, January 25th, at 6:30 p.m. in the AHS cafeteria. There will be a short informational meeting followed by registration and equipment ordering. Please check the web site at www.ahsboysswimming.com for further details.
