General Announcements

Good Morning Warriors . . . Specials in the cafe today are:  spicy orange chicken w/rice, Chick Fil A sandwiches, cold deli sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, and other cold snacks.  Student lunch today is BBQ pork sandwich or chicken quesadilla.  Don't forget Warriors that every morning our famous breakfast burritos are available at 7:00 a.m. thru 10:30 a.m. We also offer a variety of bagel breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, warm turnovers, muffins, breads, cookies and anything else we have time to bake.  And if you are feeling chilly we also have hot chocolate, Chai tea, and herb tea as well.  Looking forward to seeing you!! 

There will be a drama club meeting today after school for anyone interested in working on the fall play It's A Wonderful Life.  We will meet at 2:30 in the auditorium and cover topics for actors and technicians.

All Freshmen students interested in helping with the Freshman class homecoming float, please come to room S-9 at 6:45 a.m. this Thursday, Sept. 6th. We have picked our theme, now we need your creative ideas to help with the design. If you are running for class officer, please be there. 

Have you ever wondered if you would look good in a crown? To find out the answer, come to the cafeteria on Tuesday September 4th & nominate yourself or your friends for this year's Homecoming royalty court.  Nominations will take place all day.

Free Alive @ 25 class for AHS students September10th, 3 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The class is normally $39. To sign up go to the alive @ 25 website or there's a link on the schools website or talk to Deputy Englert.

Athletics

Attention all Girls interested in playing on the Lady Warriors Golf Team.....Please plan to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, September 4th after school at 2:20 in room S11. See Coach Abner in the women's PE Office if you are unable to make it.
