Just a reminder to all the students that
checked out books from the library before winter break, most of those books are
due back. Avoid those book fines, get your books back to the
library!
Hey TSA Club . . . ready for the home stretch to TSA State.
We will meet today after school in Room E6. Time to crank it up on your
projects. It's not too late to get your paperwork and money in for the
State TSA Conference. We want you all to participate in this exciting
conference! The deadline for turning in money and paperwork is NEXT
Wednesday, Jan 16! See Mr. McMullen for questions, concerns, or
paperwork.
Have you ever been on Facebook? Ever sent an instagram or a
Tweet? This Friday, we will be having class assemblies in the theater. Our
speaker will be Justin Patchin, the Director of the Cyber Safety Research Center
at the University of Wisconsin. His presentation is not one to miss. Look for the schedules posted around the
school to see when your class will be attending.
Athletics
Congrats to the Freshman Girls Basketball team.
They went down south to Castle Rock and picked up a nice win over Castle
View. They put together a strong second half and pulled out the win
53-39. Great job ladies.
Come out and support your Lady Warriors,
currently ranked #1 in 5A, tonight here at AHS against Cherry Creek currently
ranked 10th in 5A. JV begins at 5:30 and Varsity at 7:00.
