Announcements
This coming Monday, November 11 is Veteran’s Day. In honor of the
men and women who served or are currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces,
Arapahoe will be recognizing their commitment and bravery all week next week.
Please stop by the Military Wall of Honor and add the names of your friends or
family members who have served or are serving in the armed forces on the
Military Heritage Board designed by the Art department. Next Friday, we will
have veteran speakers in the forum all day speaking about their experiences.
You are welcome to come to the forum during any of your unscheduled hours next
Friday.
Juniors
and Seniors: The college visit you have all been waiting for
(that is CU Boulder!) is scheduled for Thursday, November 14 at 9 a.m. in
the Forum. Bring questions for your CU rep, Ryan Kelley. See you then.

Athletics
Attention
all girls swimmers and divers. There is a mandatory meeting after school
today in the Forum to discuss the start of the season.
"Pink
Cards" for
Winter Sports will be distributed in the Cafeteria Monday, November 11th, Tuesday, November 12th and Wednesday,
November 13th during lunches. Online
registration must be completed and a current physical must be on file in the Athletic
Office before student-athletes can receive their "Pink Card".
Registration is completed online at www.ahswarriors.org.
Make sure to get your "Pink Card" by Wednesday, November 13th as that will be the first official day of Winter
Sports practice. Please remember "no Pink Card - no practice”!
Anyone
interested in being a part of the 2014 Arapahoe Warrior track and field team
should attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, November
12th at 2:30 in Room S14.
We will be discussing the upcoming spring season as well as winter workouts and
the indoor meet schedule. Come and be a part of the Arapahoe track family. If
you are currently in a winter sport and unable to attend please see Coach
Lienemann sometime before Thanksgiving.
Attention all
wrestlers...Practice will begin on November 12th. Make sure you have your pink card. Practice
begins at 2:37 p.m.
Calling
all Littleton Public Schools ice hockey players! Tryouts for the Winter CHSAA
season are Nov.
13th and 15th at the Ice

Friday is the last day to sign up for the swim waiver. The only
available date is Friday, November 15 @ 6 a.m. You may not sign up after today.
