The final official TSA
meeting before the State Conference will be today
after school at 2:25 in Room
E6. We have several very important things to do and cover so this is a
MANDATORY meeting for all TSA state participants.
Attention Sophomores and
Juniors: Anyone interested in taking Concurrent Enrollment classes at
Arapahoe Community College for next fall needs to attend a meeting in
the Forum today during lunch. A representative
will hand out the paperwork and talk about the guidelines for taking these
classes. Students earn both High School and College Credit when taking these
classes.
Athletics
All Girls interested in playing tennis this
season, now is the time!! Please come out to the tennis courts for camp week
every day this week from 3-5 on the AHS courts. Season starts next week. See
Coach Leyden in the PE Office if you have any questions.
"Pink
Cards" for spring sports will be distributed in the cafeteria from 7:00 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. and then again from 2:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. today
and tomorrow. You must have a "pink card" before you can participate in
practice beginning Monday, February 24th.
The
Heritage High School Hockey Team, made up of several of your, Warriors, will be
playing Columbine High School Friday night in Boulder. There is a spirit bus leaving from
Heritage High School at 7:00 pm if
you are interested in making the trip! Please contact Heritage Athletic
Department to sign-up.
Your Lady Warriors Basketball Team is holding a fundraiser for
the Arapahoe Library on Monday, February 24th at the Native New
Yorker Restaurant on 35 W Springer Drive in Highlands Ranch. Eat In or
Take Out Lunch or Dinner and the Arapahoe Library Fund will receive a 15% donation
of all proceeds earned. You must mention that you're supporting the Arapahoe
Lady Warriors Basketball Team Fundraiser for Arapahoe High School
Library.
