There is a bug in Google Docs that sometimes causes your browser to crash when trying to open a new document. The problem arises when you add in all the additional optional fonts that are available in Google Docs. Feel free to add a couple of additional fonts, but if you add all of them it will crash your browser. If you've already added all of them, go in and remove them. See Mr. Fisch if you need additional help.
