Announcements
Attention Freshmen and Sophomores. The TCAP List is now up
on the Security Office window. Please check to see what room you will be
testing in so you are prepared for next week. If you have any questions,
please stop by to see Mrs. Scoglio in the Attendance Office.
Members of National Honor Society, our monthly meeting is
happening after school tomorrow in the Forum. So, please join us in the Forum
at 2:25 Wednesday for a quick update on what's happening in the world of NHS!
Warriors,
your AHS Library could use your help! We
still have 81 library books out there. If you have a library book, please return
it to the Attendance Office. If you are not sure if you have a book out
or not, please check the Library Overdue list on the bulletin boards in the
North and South hallways as well as the bulletin board across from the
Bookkeeper’s office. No fines will be charged. Thanks for your
help!
Don’t
forget to join the The Art Club today right after school in E4 to learn how to
make a ceramic bowl. All levels of experience are welcome. And if you can’t
make it today, not to worry, we will be hosting an open studio every Tuesday after school during the month a March.

Students
interested in performing a stupid human trick during the Warrior Week charity basketball game
must pick up an application from Mr. Brandberg in the World Languages
office. Applications are due this Thursday, March 6.
FBLA is
hosting Arapahoe's first Blacklight Volleyball Tournament on April 2nd. Sign
up packets are available to FBLA members on March 12th and
open to all other interested students March 13th. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first
serve basis. Packets can be picked up at the next club FBLA meeting or in the
business office.
Athletics
The boys basketball team has advanced to the "Sweet
16" round of the State Tournament! Your Warriors will host Smoky Hill tomorrow,
March 5th with a tip-off of 7:00 p.m. We will be
pre-selling tickets in the cafeteria during lunches
both Tuesday and Wednesday as there will be no SBA passes
accepted at this playoff game. Ticket prices will be $8 for adults and $6
for students. Go Warriors!
Auditions
for the 2014-2015 Tom Toms will be held on March 18th through March 21st from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary
Gym. A mandatory parent/athlete meeting will be held on March 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the Forum.
All interested girls should attend.
