There will be an FBLA meeting today in the Forum after school.  Be sure to bring your completed registration packets to receive lettering points.  

Juniors and seniors! On Friday, the Post Grad Center will host Boise State University, Colgate University, Southern Methodist University, Montana State University, the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, the University of Hawaii - Manoa, Westmont College, the American University, the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, Rice University, the University of New Hampshire, and Lehigh (pronounced lee' high) University.  Sign up in Naviance!

ATTENTION ALL JUNIORS AND SENIORS: The 2017 trip to Washington D.C. is here again!  This trip is an amazing opportunity to experience Washington D.C. and Capitol Hill first hand.  If you are interested please see Ms Winn in the Social Studies Department to pre-register and receive other important information.  

One week left to register for the PSAT for Juniors (and interested sophomores), come to the Counseling Department to sign up. Cost for PSAT is $20.  Registration is from now until Oct. 4th.   PSAT test will be happening Wednesday morning, Oct. 11th.  We are encouraging every junior to take this test.  The PSAT is the only exam to qualify a student for National Merit Scholar Status, when taken during junior year.
Hey seniors: Go to the Journalism & Student Media website for a yearbook senior biography form.  Please turn the form in by the extended deadline of Friday, Sept. 29 to the yearbook room, E-1288, or the front desk in the main office.


Attention Seniors: Your Senior Class Panoramic Picture will be taken on tomorrow at 7:50 a.m. in the gym.  Remember - this is the ONLY time a picture will be taken of your whole Senior class, so DON'T MISS OUT! You only have one chance to be a part of this special event, so BE THERE on tomorrow at 7:50 a.m.!

Come to the Arapahoe Homecoming Talent Show on October 2nd at 7:00 PM in the auditorium.  Tickets are $5 and will be sold during lunch on Thursday and Friday this week and at the door. Homecoming royalty will be announced and there will be many amazing acts!


Guest forms for Homecoming are available in the Activities/Attendance office.  All AHS students are allowed to bring a guest to homecoming, but are required to submit a signed & completed guest form with a legible picture of their guest by 3 pm on October 3.  Please see Mrs. Railey in the Activities office for further details.


SENIORS - Have you confirmed the spelling of your name for your diploma? Have you given your measurements for your cap and gown? If you answered NO to either of these, please stop by Mrs. Fletcher's office in Student Services this week. If you just aren't sure, please come by and double check.


Freshmen, please alter your plans to spend time with your Link Crew leaders during Homecoming next week. The Link Crew Homecoming T-shirt decorating party has been moved to Monday, October 2nd from 2:30p.m.-3:15p.m. in the cafeteria. See you there.

Attention boys basketball: There will be a mandatory parent meeting next Tuesday, October 3rd at 6:30 in the Arapahoe Forum. This is a meeting for all players interested in trying out for basketball this Winter. Please have a parent at this meeting.

For all boys lacrosse players interested in playing in the spring we have a mandatory meeting tonight, at 7:00 in the forum.

Congratulations to the volleyball teams on their sweep over the Trailblazers last night. All four levels beat Overland in straight sets. Tomorrow night, we have a home game against Eaglecrest. Varsity takes the court at 6.45. GO WARRIORS!

Yesterday, your Arapahoe Boys’ Varsity Soccer team defeated Mullen by a score of 8-2. Goals were scored by Cameron Gail, Liam Anderson, Jacob Vogel, Mitch Engerman, Jack Sanders, and Chris Grauberger. JV beat Mullen in an impressive 7-0 shutout. Nice job Warriors!
