Arapahoe High School is hosting this year's Colorado Council's Day/Night College Fair this year on Monday!  A link to register has been sent to all students.  Although registration is not required, it is a time saving feature for you!  Hope to see you there!
ATTENTION ALL JUNIORS AND SENIORS: The 2017/2018 trip to Washington D.C. is here again!  This trip is an amazing opportunity to experience Washington D.C. and Capitol Hill first hand. There will be a parent/guardian meeting for those interested in this trip on Wednesday, October 11th at 7 PM in the Room W-2882.  Please feel free to join your parent or guardian, and if you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Winn in the Social Studies department.
Picture Retake day is right around the corner! Mark your calendars - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11th in the East Hallway (by the Bubble) all day.  This is your last chance to have your photo taken for the 2017-2018 school year! Please note: you will need to return your old packet to the photographer before getting your retake.  Are you new to Arapahoe High School? Or did you simply miss all of the other opportunities to have your picture taken? No problem! Come and get your picture taken. Remember - this is your final opportunity of the year.  Order forms are in the Main Office.
It’s time for eligible juniors and seniors to apply for membership in National Honor Society!  If you are a junior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, or a senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher, then you are eligible to apply for membership.  If your GPA makes you eligible for NHS, but you haven't received a letter mailed to your home, please contact Mr. Smith or Ms. McGeorge in the science office, or Ms. Leclaire in language arts.
This letter also tells about important informational meetings going on next Monday and Tuesday before and after school.  If you are applying for membership in NHS, you MUST attend one of these meetings to learn about the club and the application process.


Wow look at all the Warriors dressed in Gold and Black! Join us Warriors tonight in the Homecoming Football Game against Overland @ 7 P.M home at the LPS Stadium, your homecoming royalty will be announced during half time.  Warriors are you excited for the homecoming dance tomorrow night from 8 to 11 pm? The dance is semi- formal. Please remember to bring your tickets and student IDs to the dance. Reminder to wear only soft soled shoes, NO HIGH HEELS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE DANCE FLOOR. Hope to see you and your grooviest dance moves at the dance!

Congrats to the Varsity softball team for defeating Overland 16 to 0 on Wednesday night. A big shout out to Sophomore Kali March, for hitting her first high school homerun. Congratulations on a great season ladies. Way to finish strong.


Congrats to the JV softball team for beating Overland 13 to 5 on Wednesday night. It was a great game with lots of timely hits and great teamwork. Awesome job ladies! Good Luck at the League tournament on Saturday.

Congrats to the Varsity Boys’ Tennis team on regionals this week.  5 out of 7 teams qualified for the State Tournament next week.  Go Warriors!
