Juniors (and interested sophomores), come to the Counseling Department to sign up for the PSAT.  Cost is $20.  Registration ends today.   PSAT test will be happening next Wednesday morning, Oct. 11th.  We are encouraging every junior to take this test.  The PSAT is the only exam to qualify a student for National Merit Scholar Status, when taken during junior year.
Juniors and seniors!  On Friday, the Post Grad Center will host Colby College and Seattle Pacific University.   
College bound students. plan to attend the Colorado Council's Day/Night College Fair at Arapahoe High School next Monday from 6-7:30pm.  Over 50 colleges will be in attendance.  
ATTENTION ALL JUNIORS AND SENIORS: The 2017/2018 trip to Washington D.C. is here again!  This trip is an amazing opportunity to experience Washington D.C. and Capitol Hill first hand. There will be a parent/guardian meeting for those interested in this trip on Wednesday, October 11th at 7 PM in the Room W-2882.  Please feel free to join your parent or guardian, and if you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Winn in the Social Studies department.
Picture Retake day is right around the corner! Mark your calendars - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11th in the East Hallway (by the Bubble) all day.  This is your last chance to have your photo taken for the 2017-2018 school year! Please note: you will need to return your old packet to the photographer before getting your retake.  Are you new to Arapahoe High School? Or did you simply miss all of the other opportunities to have your picture taken? No problem! Come and get your picture taken. Remember - this is your final opportunity of the year.  Order forms are in the Main Office.
Hello Arapahoe, looks like we have a case of lost luggage and wacky wardrobe! Homecoming Week is in full swing and we love seeing you dressed up! Keep it up! Tomorrow is Lifeguard day, dress up ready to save a life! Tonight, we have our traditional bonfire at 7:00 p.m on the baseball field. Surf on by for a fiery and fun night! Reminder that the dance is this Saturday at 8, dress semi formally and remember your tickets and IDs! No High Heels on the dance floor, only soft soled shoes!


Come join us at the DECA Homecoming BBQ tonight right before the bonfire!  We'll have hotdogs, chips, and cookies for only $3!  All your friends will be there!!

Your Varsity Boys’ Soccer team beat Eaglecrest in double overtime yesterday by a score of 2-1. A hard-fought game saw goals from Nash Herman and Cameron Gail. The JV squad won their game against Eaglecrest 3-1. Way to go Warriors!

Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team on their huge win over Cherokee Trail last night! The Warriors battled in 4 sets to take down the Cougars! The homecoming game against Grandview starts tomorrow night at 6.45...GO WARRIORS!!

Field Hockey Varsity lost 2-0 in the pouring rain to Denver East. JV tied 0-0.

Congratulations to the Arapahoe Boys Golf Team on their impressive finish to the season.  The team came in third place in the State Championships yesterday.  Tom Packer finished in 4th place as an individual and was also awarded as an All State Player by CHSAA.
