*Students, if you parked in the West Lot-Forum Entry area TODAY, you need to move your car IMMEDIATELY after school so we can set up for the back to school dance. Thank you so much and see you tonight!
*HEY Warriors: If you are taking Mr. Low's CE Math classes please check your LPS email. The google classroom code has been sent to that email address. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Low.
*WARRIORS: if you are lifeguard certified please consider being a Lifeguard in our swim classes this quarter. We are looking for lifeguards to cover Periods 2,4,6,8 and Period 3,5,& 7. You can earn PE credit for this experience. Talk to Mrs. Abner or Mrs. Bradley ASAP!
*HEY WARRIORS - Don’t forget the ‘Back to School Color Dance’ TONIGHT, from 8:00pm-10:00pm. The dance is outside in the west student parking lot near the track. Bring $5 for the dance, wear white and bring your student I.D. Also bring money for Kona Ice too!
*ATTENTION talented Warriors! Do you want to showcase your talent at this year's 2023 Homecoming Talent Show? You're in luck! Auditions will be Friday, August 25 before school and Wednesday, August 30TH after school. Please see Ms. Hamilton or Mrs. Davidson to sign up in advance!
Athletics
*Congrats to the Varsity Girls Softball team as they beat Heritage last night with an 11-6 win!! Both JV and Varsity are back in action tomorrow at Chaparral.
*Good Luck today to the ABK Boys Soccer teams as they kick off the season against Fossil Ridge. Varsity is playing at 6:30pm and JV will play at 4:30pm, both at Fossil Ridge High School Fresh/Soph will play at 4:30pm here at the AHS JV soccer field. Go Warriors!
*CALLING all girl lacrosse players interested in playing Fall Ball. Arapahoe is looking to field a team this season that starts on September 9th through South Suburban. South Suburban registration is open until TODAY. More information can be found on the South Suburban website.
