General Announcements
*Students- we need your feedback - please check your LPS google email for the LPS graduation requirements survey. LPS is reviewing current graduation requirements and we need to hear from students. Take a few moments to complete this short survey by Dec 20th. Any potential recommendations changes would be for the Class of 2029. Thank you for your time and input.
*The holiday season is upon us and so is our Arapahoe Annual Toy Drive! We have partnered with College View Elementary to give all their students the holidays of their dreams. We will be accepting toys for these kids through December 16th. We ask that toys are not weapons and do not require batteries. Also, please make sure the toys are new so these kids feel just as special and loved as all of us when we open presents on Christmas or Hannakuh. We will also be accepting monetary donations through our online giving page at this link: Toy Drive Donation. Let's all come together to make these kids' December as magical as ours. Thanks Warriors!
*Attention Juniors and Seniors: there will be NCAA Eligibility information meeting next Tuesday, December 10th during both lunches in the Forum for students interested in competing in athletics at the college level. Feel free to bring your lunch.
*Warriors - donate blood for our Blood Drive during Arapahoe’s Deliberate Acts of Love and Kindness Week on Wednesday, December 11th, 9:15am-1:30pm in the Aux gym. Look for the sign up table in the cafeteria during lunches TODAY OR use the QR code on the flyers throughout the school.

Athletics
*Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Swim and Dive team who earned a rare TIE last night in their meet against Cherokee Trail. Your Warriors were down by 10 points with just 3 events left and their determination showed with a dominating performances in the evening's final events. The girls are back in action at home next Thursday, December 12th against Smoky Hill.
*Come support your Girl Warrior Wrestlers and Boys C Level Wrestlers TONIGHT in a Tri-meet at home starting @ 5:07pm.
*Congratulations to our Freshman Boys Basketball team for their impressive defeat yesterday of Evergreen with a score of 51-47. Additionally, our sophomore boys were victorious over Denver South - winning 51-47. Come check out all of our boys hoopers next Tuesday, December 10th for their home opener against Mountain Range. The varsity team tips off at 7:00pm in the main gym!
*Come and cheer on your Warrior Wrestlers at the Annual Arapahoe Warrior Invitational TOMORROW at Sitting Eagle Gymnasium and the Aux gym. This time honored event is one of the biggest and best tournaments in the state, so come out and enjoy the competition! Tickets can be purchased through GoFan.com or will be sold at the door.
