General Announcements
*Attention Juniors and Seniors: there will be NCAA Eligibility information meeting next Tuesday, December 10th during both lunches in the Forum for students interested in competing in athletics at the college level. Feel free to bring your lunch.
*Come celebrate Holidays Around the World in the trophy hall after school on TODAY December 4th. Students from many different cultural backgrounds will be serving holiday foods from their family's countries and cultures around the world. This event is free! Be there to support our friends and community as we kick off the holiday season!
*Warriors - donate blood for our Blood Drive during Arapahoe’s Deliberate Acts of Love and Kindness Week on Wednesday, December 11th, 9:15am-1:30pm in the Aux gym. Sign up starting TODAY, during lunches in the cafeteria or use this link SIGN UP.
*The holiday season is upon us and we all have one thing in mind. Presents! This is why Arapahoe is doing our Annual Toy Drive! We have partnered with College View Elementary to give all their students the holidays of their dreams. We will be accepting toys for these kids through December 16th. We request that toys do not require batteries, are not weapons, and that the toys are new so these kids feel just as special and loved as all of us do opening presents for Christmas or Hannakuh. We will also be accepting monetary donations through our online giving page at this link: Toy Drive Donation. Let's all come together to make these kids' December as magical as ours. Thanks Warriors!

Athletics
*Congratulations to the AHS Girls Swimming & Diving team on a hard fought meet against Cherry Creek last night, despite losing the meet, the girl’s performance was fantastic. Good luck to the girls as they travel to Cherokee Trail to take on the Cougars at 5:00pm, Thursday, December 5th.
*Congratulations to our Boys Basketball teams for their strong showing last night against our cross-town rivals, Heritage. The freshmen defeated the Eagles 55-22, and the sophomores won with a final score of 43-37. Our JV boys played tough, but lost a close battle in the end. And your Varsity Boys team came out victorious with a final score of 51-48! The boys would like to thank everyone for coming out to support them and hope to see you all at their home opener on Tuesday, December 10th in Sitting Eagle Gymnasium!
