General Announcements

Due to safety issues there will be no tailgating at Littleton Public Schools Stadium for all sports events.

Wild Warrior Women! Please pick up your football t-shirts at lunch on Friday or by the end of the school day Friday. If you do not pick them up they will be given to the girls who are listed to buy the extra t-shirts.

Today is the final day that the lost and found table will be in the cafeteria. Please take a look for any items that you may be missing.

Hey freshmen…Homecoming is fast approaching and we want to get a head start on the float. Please join us this Saturday at noon to begin construction!! If interested, please pick up directions from Mrs. Crookham’s desk in the math office. Hope to see you there!!

Need some community service hours? Come to Key Club on Monday, Sept. 11th after school in room C16. Key club is an awesome way to volunteer with your friends. We are planning our Mineral St. pick up and could use you there!

Hey all seniors! Vote for senior class song, motto, and flower in the cafeteria during both lunches today. Be a part of the 2007 class spirit and don’t forget to bring your student ID!

Hey singers, dancers, comedians, musicians, and other talented students! The homecoming talent show auditions are on September 13th and 14th. Get your acts together now and sign up for a try out time in the main office. MC’s are needed as well as acts, too! Good Luck!

Raise your hand if you like ice cream. Go ahead, raise your hand. Well, you can get your favorite Coldstone ice cream and support your friends and classmates in choir and orchestra at the same time! Just go to the Coldstone Creamery at Park Meadows, Wednesday, Sept. 13th from 6:30 to 8:30 and identify your purchase for the fundraiser by saying, “I’m with the Arapahoe Choir and Orchestra!” Don’t forget, Wednesday night at the Park Meadows Coldstone.

Attention all Student Council members and officers: Please mark your calendars for the Homecoming Poster-Making Party on Monday, September 11th after school in the cafeteria! There will be candy and we really need all the help we can get! Also, don't forget to come to Student Council meetings every Tuesday morning at 6:45 in the Forum. All Warriors are welcome!

This is for all seniors that want to be in the senior class skit, come to room C1 right after school, on Monday, Sept. 11th. Hope to see you all there. If you have questions talk to Aryn O’Donnell.

What are you doing on Saturday?? Arapahoe’s magazine of arts and literature, the MUSE, is joining forces with the Highlands Ranch Tattered Cover bookstore. If you shop at the Tattered Cover on Saturday with a gold coupon and buy books of any kind, the bookstore will give a small percentage to Arapahoe’s magazine. Coupons are available in the English office. Check with Mr. Miles. This is good only on Saturday, and only with a coupon. Help your local independent bookstore AND our creative students just by shopping for books! See you there and thanks for your support!

Athletics

Hey all Fall Sports Captains! We are having a quick meeting right after school today, Sept. 8th. All captains of fall sport need to show up in room E5. We will be done quickly, so you can get to practice. Thanks and see you there!

On Tuesday, Sept 12th, during registration for the Arapahoe Girls Swim/Dive team, Coach Richmond, will be meeting with all girls interested in the team. The sessions are at 7pm and at 7:20pm in room C1.

Congratulations to the Freshmen Black Volleyball Team. They defeated Highlands ranch in two games; 25-15, 25-22
