“JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE ALL THE WAY… TIME TO SHOP FOR TOYS FOR TOTS…TO MAKE A HAPPY HOLIDAY!” The day after Thanksgiving is the biggest shopping day of the year. Think about shopping for a boy or girl at Fairview Elementary and the Denver Indian Center. Our goal is 1000 NEW toys – price $10-$15. Bring your toys to the Attendance Office after the Thanksgiving break. Let’s make it a great holiday for the kids!
Listen up all TSA members; don’t forget about the TSA meeting today. We will be testing your “Mini Castle Ballistics” projects. Also, it’s time already to register for the State TSA conference. Information and registration packets will be given at this meeting! It’s not too late to join TSA, please come to this meeting to get in on all the Fun!!
Important reminder to all students: Tomorrow, November 24th, we will be on a Thursday schedule rather than a Tuesday. Please go to your Thursday classes tomorrow. Tuesday is also the Alive @25 Assembly at 9:07am. Please check the schedules posted throughout the building for class times.
Did you know as of December 1st it is illegal to use a cell phone while driving? This includes texting and phone calls. You will get pulled over and will receive a ticket. Spread the word Warriors, and keep each other safe.
Athletics
Congratulations to our JV Warrior Cheers! They competed this past Saturday at the UCA Mile High Regional Cheer Competition at the Denver Coliseum. They placed 3rd out of 18 teams, and earned one of only 5 bids in their division to the 2010 National High School Cheerleading Championships. Though our JV team will not travel to nationals, they did an amazing job representing Arapahoe in the competition. Way to go Cheers!!!
