Get a start on your future and join FBLA! Our first meeting of the year is Wednesday after school in room S1. We are having ice-cream sundaes with all of the toppings. See you there.
It’s that time of year for eligible juniors and seniors to start applying for membership in National Honor Society! If you are a junior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, or a senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher, then you are eligible to apply for membership. Eligible students should be receiving a letter at their home address, inviting them to join and also explaining the application process. If your GPA makes you eligible for NHS, but you haven’t received a letter at home by the end of the week, please contact Mr. Smith in the science office or Mrs. Leclaire in the English office.

Tickets for this year’s fall talent show will be sold during both lunches today thru Wednesday. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Ticket cost is $5. The show will be Thursday September 23 at 5 and 7 p.m. in the theater. Don’t miss out on Arapahoe’s talent. Also, if you have made the show… please go and see Hitchens or Lhotta ASAP!
Students please remember that your attendance is very important. Whenever possible, please plan to make your appointments after the school day.
Athletics
Congratulations to the Freshmen football team for another outstanding win Saturday morning over Fossil Ridge 34 - 7.Great job defending the field. The win pushes the Freshmen team record to 3 and 0. The Freshmen will travel to Overland to play the Trailblazers this coming Saturday at 9:00 AM, come out and give them your support.
The NCAA/NAIA Orientation will be held today during lunches in the Forum for those who signed up - see you there!
