It’s already time to order your graduation announcements.
The Herff Jones Company will be here in the cafeteria, Thursday, September 30 and Friday, October 1 during lunches to take your orders. Pick up an ordering packet in the main office or the guidance office.
Prices go up December 29.
Please support our awesome band and color guard program by having dinner at Chipotle this evening. Stop by the band room and pick up a coupon that will give the Arapahoe Bands 50% of the proceeds. This special event runs from 4pm to 8pm
Get a start on your future and join FBLA! Our first meeting of the year is today after school in room S1. We are having ice-cream sundaes with all of the toppings. See you there.

Hey dodgeball players! Did you watch the FIFA World Cup this summer? Now you can participate in DIFA DECA Dodgeball. What’s DIFA you ask? The Dodgeball International Federation of Arapahoe! Gather five guys and five girls and pick up a registration packet for your team in the Business office beginning Monday, September 27.
It’s that time of year for eligible juniors and seniors to start applying for membership in National Honor Society! If you are a junior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, or a senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher, then you are eligible to apply for membership. Eligible students should be receiving a letter at their home address, inviting them to join and also explaining the application process. If your GPA makes you eligible for NHS, but you haven’t received a letter at home by the end of the week, please contact Mr. Smith in the science office or Mrs. Leclaire in the English office.

Tickets for this year’s fall talent show will be sold during both lunches today thru Thursday. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Ticket cost is $5. The show will be Thursday September 23 at 5 and 7 p.m. in the theater. Don’t miss out on Arapahoe’s talent. Also, if you have made the show… please go and see Hitchens or Lhotta ASAP!
Students please remember that your attendance is very important. Whenever possible, please plan to make your appointments after the school day.
Athletics
"Congratulations to both the boys and girls cross country teams for sweeping the team divisions at the Chatfield Challenge yesterday. The freshman boys, freshman girls, varsity boys, and varsity girls all won first place in their divisions out of a total of 40 competing schools."
