Hey Warriors! Don’t forget, next week is Homecoming Week! Monday is Superhero Day so get out those tights and capes! Saturday, September 24th from 8-11 p.m. in the main gym is the Disney/Pixar Presents: Arapahoe Homecoming Dance!
SENIOR INFORMATION PACKETS are available in the Main Office and Guidance Center. Custom announcement and accessory information will be included. Please stop by promptly and pick up your packet. Also, please check the AHS Website for valuable updates and information regarding graduation.
Juniors, remember to register for the PSAT today through October 5 in the Guidance Center. Photo ID and $10.00 are required to register.
Hey Freshmen! Do you want to look awesome on the Friday of Homecoming week? Bring your t-shirt for a LINK CREW T-SHIRT DECORATING PARTY in the cafeteria on Wednesday the 21st at 2:30. We will have all kinds of paint and fun things to decorate shirts with. Purchase a Homecoming t-Shirt in the cafeteria anytime at lunch during Homecoming week. You will need to find your own ride home. Wear your awesome new shirt on Spirit Day next Friday.
Hey seniors, did you miss out on the homecoming float fun last Sunday?? Well, lucky for you it's still not finished. Join us this Sunday the 18th at Molly O'Donnell's house at 10 a.m. to put it all together. Ask her or any of the senior class officers for her address. Go seniors!
Sophomore class . . . would you like to come be a part of the Sophomore Class float this year? The float building fun will take place at Tyler Hamilton’s house this Saturday. For more information on Homecoming and future events, stop by our class meetings or talk to an officer.
FRESHMEN! We need you! Come help build the Freshmen float. We’ll be working every day this week starting at 3. Come all or part of the time. We will also be meeting on the weekend. Talk to any of the freshmen officers for detail.
Attention all boys swimmers interested in helping build the homecoming float. We will build it on Saturday, September 17th at Eric Kothlow's house from 1-4 PM. if you have any questions, contact Paul Fritter or Eric Kothlow for details.

The Homecoming Talent Show is Monday, September 19th, NOT Tuesday, the 20th. Tickets will be sold for $5 during both lunches Wednesday through Monday, the day of the show. There will be a 5:00 and 7:00 show. There is an amazing variety of acts, so get your tickets early!
Thank you to all the Warriors who have already joined the Arapahoe Race for the Cure team! Because of your efforts, the Arapahoe JV and Varsity Cheerleaders and the TOMS have been selected to cheer at the start line of this amazing event! It’s an honor given to only one team, and we will be there to cheer on 50,000 participants. It's not too late to join us. We have over 100 people on our team, and we would love to reach 200. Right now we have the largest high school team registered in the state, and we want to keep it that way. Go to the home page on the AHS website and you will see information on how to join. GO WARRIORS!!
Athletics:
Attention all softball players. There will be a short meeting today at 2:30 in room S1. All JV and Varsity players need to attend.
Any Arapahoe students interested in off-season swim training can pick-up information and a registration packet in Coach Richmond's swimming pool office.
Congrats to the Freshman, Sophomore, JV, and Varsity Volleyball teams for their sweep last night against Arvada West. The Warriors next home game is Tuesday, September 20 against Cherry Creek. See you then!
