General Announcements

Happy Wacky Tacky Wednesday! Tomorrow is Disney Day, so get creative and dress like your favorite character! Today during lunch, student council will be putting on some wacky minute-to-win-it activities in the middle of the cafeteria! And don’t forget, tonight is the bonfire on the baseball field at 7 p.m. Make sure you come to this annual event – it’s gunna be hot! And the Disney/Pixar Presents: Arapahoe Homecoming Dance is Saturday in the main gym from 8-11pm. Tickets are on sale for $10 during lunch or $15 at the door! Don’t forget, dress is semi-formal. Saturday is also the Homecoming Parade at 10 a.m, in the West Lot. You can check out all the different floats and watch the band and color guard perform! See you there!

Hey Freshmen! Do you want to look awesome on the Friday of homecoming week? Bring your t-shirt for a LINK CREW T-SHIRT DECORATING PARTY in the cafeteria today at 2:30. We will have all kinds of paint and fun things to decorate shirts with. Purchase a homecoming t-shirt in the cafeteria anytime at lunch during homecoming week. You will need to find your own ride home. Wear your awesome new shirt on spirit day Friday.

Juniors, remember to register for the PSAT today through October 5 in the Guidance Center. Photo ID and $10.00 are required to register.

Please take the time to check the Library Overdue lists located on the bulletin boards in the north and south hallways and in the library. Check periodically to make sure that you don’t have a fine or overdue book. These lists are updated weekly. Thanks Warriors!

Arapahoe students please remember, for safety and security purposes, you are required to carry your school ID at all times.


Athletics:

Congratulations to the JV Boy's Tennis Team who won against Cherokee Trail High School 13-2. Come cheer on the team as they compete at Powell on Thursday against Mullen! Go Warriors!

Congrats to the sophomore volleyball team for their win over Cherry Creek last night. Thanks to everyone who came out to support the team!
