Your State Champion Arapahoe Color Guard
is holding clinics and tryouts for the 2012/2013 Team next week! Anyone interested should come to the
Mandatory Informational Meeting on Monday at 7pm in the Band Room. Clinics will be Tuesday, May 1st &
Wednesday, May 2nd, with Tryouts happening on Wednesday also. For more info go to www.arapahoeband.com or

Attention seniors: if you have a senior
survey for the final issue of the Herald newspaper, please turn it into your
social studies teacher or to the journalism room E8 by Monday. Also, if you are
a senior who has not received a survey and would like to fill one out, please
come by the journalism room E8 by Monday.
Students interested in working in the
DECA store next year can pick up an application in the Business Office. Completed applications must be turned in by
Friday, May 4th. See Ms. Krueger if you have any questions.
All drama club members - there will be a
drama club meeting on Monday, April 30th at 2:30 in the theatre. At this meeting we will vote on awards for
the year and go over the procedure to receive a letter in theatre, so don't
miss it!
After Prom wants everyone to enjoy
"Game On". Games will fill the After Prom halls. Tickets go on sale
for Juniors and Seniors during each lunch. They are $15 per student. Please
remember that if you want to leave prior to 4 a.m. administration will have to
notify a parent/guardian, however, you do not have to have a parent drive you
home. Come and have fun at After Prom!
Prom Guest Forms are now available in
the Attendance office. Please note that
they are due back no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1st.
Athletics:
This afternoon, the Varsity Girls'
Lacrosse team will take on the Centaurus Warriors at Centaurus High School up
in Lafayette. Please come on up and
cheer the girls on to victory. Game time
is 4 p.m. Go Warriors!
The Boys Varsity Lacrosse team defeated
Highlands Ranch by a score of 14-4. Way to go Warriors!
Baseball fans-come and support the
Freshman Baseball team today at 4:30 against Cherokee Trail. Concessions are
open-stop by for a snack! Freshman boys will also be playing at 2 p.m. on
Saturday against Cherry Creek at CCHS.
Don't miss it... the Sophomore Baseball
team plays 11a.m. Saturday against Cherokee Trail at CTHS.
To those interested in playing boys
tennis next fall, please attend an informational meeting on Monday, April 30th
at 6:30 p.m. in room E9. Summer drills,
camps and tryouts will be discussed.
