General Announcements

Autumn is officially here and do you know what that means?  It’s time to fall into the food drive.  Bring canned goods, cereal, baby food, and ethnic food to school between October 20 and 31.  Collection boxes are all around the building.  All donated food will go to families at Field Elementary School, here in LPS.  Don’t have any cans?  You can bring your extra change to lunch and we will do the shopping for you.  Let’s get donating!

Hey Speech and Debate! Awesome job at Overland Novice! Remember all forms and fees are due by October 30 in order to compete. This includes all returning members. Turn them in to Mrs. Schroeder's desk in the English office.

Attention all Sophomores:  Today is the last day to sign up for the Aspire Test in the Guidance Center.  The test will be given on Saturday, November 1 from 7:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.  The cost of the test is $35.

Eligible juniors and seniors, remember that applications for membership in National Honor Society are due on Monday by 3:00 at the latest.  So if you plan to apply to NHS and have not yet completed your application, please make sure it's ready by Monday.

Library overdue and fines.  Please take the time to check the Library Overdue lists. The lists are located on the bulletin boards in the north and south hallways, the library and Bookkeepers office. Check periodically to make sure that you don’t have a fine or overdue book. These lists are updated weekly.  Thanks Warriors!
