*Good morning Warriors! Your holiday spirit is showing with all the festive Ugly Christmas Sweaters! Be sure to stop by our amazing Take What you Need Wall in the South Hall sponsored by Sources of Strength to take what you need or what a friend needs. Continue to love your peers and our AHS Community!
*Winter break is right around the corner. Have you lost a pair of keys, maybe a pair of glasses, your watch, water bottle, sweatshirt or even your shoes??? If so, please stop by the main office to claim your lost item. Any remaining lost and found items will be donated prior to break
*Are you stressed about finals week? Come to the cafeteria Monday during lunches. There will be calming activities available for everyone to de-stress for the week ahead. Some of the activities include: making calming jars, coping techniques, therapy dogs, and more. Make sure to come check it out, and take care of yourself next week.
*PAY your Library fines IN THE LIBRARY & your money will go towards the Toy Drive.
We have to date a donation of $311.80 for this year's Toy Drive.

*Students wishing to help deliver toys to Castro Elementary on Tuesday, Dec. 18, after the last final of the day, should pick-up a permission slip in the Activities/Attendance Office. Space is limited to a first-come basis.
Athletics
*Today, our top divers travel to Thornton for the Prelim round of Diving in the Colorado Coaches Invitational at Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton. Competition begins at 5 PM. Saturday morning, our top swimmers get their chance at Prelims, meet begins at 8:30 AM and Saturday afternoon will culminate with Swim & Dive Finals beginning at 4 PM.
*Warriors! Come watch your Arapahoe Warrior Wrestling Team take on Heritage tonight, OUTSIDE at LPS Stadium. Matches begin at 4:07 pm!
*Who doesn't love a good game where we win against our rival? Yep. You heard right. We need every Warrior to represent your Warrior Pride as your Boys Basketball Varsity Warriors claim victory against Heritage.... tonight - At Heritage -- 7:00 pm. Don't miss one of the most spirited games of the season!
And don't forget, JV plays tomorrow at 12:30 pm at Heritage.
