*Good morning, Warriors! Here are the results yesterday's Avalanche of Toys and Miracle Minute competitions! The generous spirit of Arapahoe was truly on display as a total of 350 toys and almost $3070 were donated! All in one day, one class period and one minute! Way to go Warriors! Remember, all toys and money donated goes directly to benefit our Toy Drive, Castro Elementary, and the Denver Indian Center.
And now, for the winners of the three class contests! First, the third period that brought in the most toys as a percentage of students in the class (and, actually, the most total toys, too), and winners of the $5 Chipotle gift cards for each student, was Ms. Smith’s class. The class collected 155 toys! Congrats to Ms. Smith’s class! Your gift cards will be delivered soon!
Next, the third period that brought in the most money (and, actually, the highest percentage per student, too), and winners of the class will also receive $5 Chipotle gift cards for each student, was Ms. Abner’s class with $265! Congratulations to Ms. Abner’s class!  Your gift cards will be delivered soon!
Lastly, the third period that had the highest overall participation in both money raised and toys collected was Ms. Comp's class with 30 toys and $96 are winners of a class doughnut party.   Congratulations to Ms. Comp's class! Your doughnut party will be tomorrow!
Remember, the real winners during our Toy Drive are the kids at Castro Elementary and the Denver Indian Center. The Toy Drive continues through this Monday, December 10th. Keep the donations coming! Thank you, Warriors, for your amazing generosity and support!

*You submitted and the MUSE selected! This month's winner of a $10 gift card to Starbucks for submitting to the MUSE is August Malom.
