General Announcements

*The next TSA meeting will be this Wednesday, November 20th @ 3:35- 4:00 PM in Room E1284 (Woods Classroom). Remember to sign up for your events AND turn in your affiliation dues!!  See you Wednesday! 

*Anyone wanting to help with Hour of Code, please meet Tuesday 11/19 after school in room N1496 for a short training or email Ms. Bownds for an alternative time slot.

*Hey Seniors! Check your email for your opportunity to vote on your class flower, class song, and class quote that represents your class! The form is only open until this Friday.

*In Speech and Debate news, our team competed at the Demon Invitational tournament at Golden High School this past weekend. Competitors earned a handful of excellent and superior ribbons in individual events, as well as 6th place overall in the tournament in the event of Extemporaneous Speaking. Congratulations  Warriors!

*Congratulations to Caleb Burge, Alana Kelley, Bridget Gorder, Athena Wright, Ellie Olsen, Carley Young, Noah Burge, and Jake Boase on being selected from over 1100 auditions to represent Arapahoe High School at the SW-ACDA Honor Choir in Little Rock, Arkansas in March 2020. If you see these students, be sure to congratulate them on this incredible achievement!

*Juniors and Seniors: are you interested in competing in athletics at the college level? If so, there will be an NCAA/NAIA eligibility information meeting in the forum on Tuesday, November 19th during both lunches. Feel free to bring your lunch.

*Academic Letter Award Scholars: if you were unable to attend the award ceremony please come to the front office to pick up your award packet from Mrs. Dunsmore. 

Athletics    

*Warriors! If you are interested in participating in Unified Basketball this year, please join us for a student meeting after school on Tuesday, November 19th in Room E1275. If you cannot make it but would like to be involved, please visit Mrs. Rooney or Ms. Sanders for more information.
