General Announcements
*Warriors - there will be a free Alive@25 class Monday, October 2nd at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15 1/2 you can get a driver's permit after taking the class and a lot of insurance companies give a discount for taking the class. This is a 4 1/2 hour class. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us. To register for the class the password is "arapahoe". Any questions ask Deputy Englert.
*Warriors - Picture retakes are this Friday, September 29th, from 8 am to 11 am in the Atrium.
Athletics
*Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Tennis Team for their Third Place finish at the Pueblo Invitational Tournament this weekend! The boys are back in action on Wednesday for the first round of the State Duals Tournament. Good Luck Warriors!
*Congratulations to the Arapahoe Marching Band and Color Guard for an outstanding showing at the Friendship Cup marching band competition this past weekend at Eaton High School!!! The band placed 8th overall in combined class finals while earning a 2nd place finish and the high music caption award in Class A prelims competition. Their next competition will be in two weeks at the Douglas County Marching Invitational in Castle Rock on October 7 at 10:30 AM. Congratulations!
