General Announcements
*Hey Warriors, are you interested in free freshly grilled hotdogs? Come to the annual FBLA Bar-b-que in the bus loop TODAY after school. Come eat, play games, and learn more about FBLA. You will learn how to join, what FBLA is, and of course have lots of fun while lettering!
*Warriors - Picture retakes are this Friday, September 29th, from 8 am to 11 am in the Atrium. If you have not had a school picture taken for any reason, please have one taken on TOMORROW.
*Warriors - there will be a free Alive@25 class Monday, October 2nd at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15½ you can get a driver's permit after taking the class and a lot of insurance companies give a discount for taking the class. This is a 4½ hour class so bring a snack. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us and use the password "arapahoe". Any questions, ask Deputy Englert.
Athletics
*The Boys Varsity Tennis team moves on to the Quarterfinals of the State Duals Team Competition with a huge 5-2 victory last night over Ponderosa. Good luck in the next round, Tennis Warriors!
*Come cheer on your Girls Volleyball teams as they take on Smokey Hill at home TONIGHT! Varsity is 6:30pm in the main gym after JV at 5:00pm. Sophomores will play at 4:30 in the Aux gym, followed by Freshman at 5:30pm.
*Warriors, come support the Girls Field Hockey teams as they play Kent Denver on the Turf Field TONIGHT. Varsity at 6:30pm and JV at 7:30pm.
*Cheer on your AHS Varsity Softball team as they host Cherry Creek at 4:15pm TONIGHT!
*Your ABK Boys Soccer teams begin league play against Cherry Creek TONIGHT. Varsity will play at 6:00pm at LPS Stadium and JV will play at 4:15pm at AHS Soccer field.
