*Hey Freshmen - this Saturday, September 16th at 9:00am, Link Crew will be hosting a tailgate to support our freshman football team at the AHS turf field. Join us to help spread school spirit and enjoy some free breakfast! Hope to see you there!
*Cookie time! FBLA is hosting its annual Cookie Kickoff meeting TODAY in the forum after school. Come and join us for our cookie extravaganza! New members, returning members or those just interested in learning more, FBLA members will be waiting for you with our cascade of cookies!
*Warriors - there will be a free Alive@25 class Monday, October 2nd at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15½ you can get a driver's permit after taking the class and a lot of insurance companies give a discount for taking the class. This is a 4½ hour class so bring a snack. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us and use the password "arapahoe". Any questions, ask Deputy Englert.
Athletics
*The Boys Varsity Tennis Warriors had another strong showing last night, beating Denver South 5-2. The Boys are back in action again today at Eaglecrest, matches start at 3:45pm. Good luck Warriors!
*Come support the LPS/Heritage Gymnastics Team today at their restaurant fundraiser at Wing Stop on Broadway and Mineral from 12-8pm. Remember to enter the "HERITAGE" promo code when ordering online and the team will receive a portion of the proceeds. Also, come watch the gymnasts compete at their next meet on Saturday morning, September 16th at Ponderosa High School!
*Hey Warriors! Are you interested in joining the Girls' Swim and Dive team this year? If so, join us at the Varsity Inn this Saturday, September 16th from 3:00-5:00pm to enjoy some pizza, meet the coaches, and get to know the team. Hope to see you there!
